re·tail
Pronunciation:rē-ˌtāl
Function: verb

1 : to sell in small quantities directly to the ultimate consumer

I’ve been to a call center industry for a year already and in there we sell and troubleshoots printers to callers.  According to the dictionary retail is synonymous to selling, which is usually what I have been doing in my past jobs in the Philippines.

The reason why I’m writing this blog right now is me and my friends were so upset upto now because of the bad experience in the Lee Wha Atria hr department. Particularly to the wrinkled woman and to the lady probably in her late 20′s who doesn’t know how to pronounce the letter “R”. I really felt bad for them when they interviewed me, they do not have the right to be called hr’s. People who works in the hr department should have breeding, poise and must set a sample to their interviewees or future employees and not to discriminate them.

It is disrespectful to cut off somebody while he is talking. In an interview, it is vital for the hr to listen, analyze and observe. Do not stereotype everyone. Please do keep in mind that foreigners like me are looking for a decent jobs for personal reasons and not to be discriminated. The way you address people is so unprofessional, your sarcastic manner of explaining things is obvious. If you have time, madams please try to go back to kindergarden learn once again good manners and right conduct, and if you are not interested to foreigners, just simply give instructions that “no foreigners or pr’s only” . We would understand that more. Thank you in advance and hope you’ll find a candidate that can try work with you.

p.s.
The next HR’s we walked in to was the complete opposite of the Lee wha HR’s. So relax and knows how to respect and listen. She even advised me things. Hopefully all HR’s wont be like the HR’s of Lee Wha Wisma
